Last year was wonderful with over 800 volunteers and more than 30 local churches all working together to make the Christmas Store a staple for the holiday season. More than 400 families enjoyed the Blessing of this event equating to almost 1,100 children who received presents on Christmas day.

The Idea
It started at my kitchen table one evening when I was calling to remind families we were
serving for our Thanksgiving ministry about our Day of Sharing. Family after family asked if we
might be able to help them some how for Christmas.
After completing my phone calls, I prayed for the families and the Holy Spirit spoke to me, and this idea was born. I have a background in retail, a desire to empower whoever we are helping, and a passion for partnering with other churches whenever possible, so this concept was birthed from the marriage of these ideas.
I believe that no talent or experience is ever wasted, and God has certainly used my business and retail background for His kingdom building work in the Christmas Store.
